In the afternoon of July 16, 2020, at Campus B, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, the Health and Agricultural Policy Research Institute (HAPRI) is pleased to welcome Mr. Ivan Paulo and Ms. Phượng (Sandra) Vũ from KOI Capital, an investment firm from Australia, to discuss the opportunities for educational collaboration between the two parties.

During the meeting, HAPRI and KOI talked openly about the work of the institute and the company to find common ground with the hope of encouraging further cooperation in other fields besides education. We also discussed remarkable social and investment issues such as stock markets, medical tech, agriculture tech, and technological development during the COVID-19 pandemic.

HAPRI and KOI exchange ideas for future collaborations

Notably, in the upcoming months, HAPRI will help KOI organize a contest on financial investment in digital transformation at UEH. Engagement workshop and talks about financial investment will be held before the competition; these activities will give students opportunities to learn from the expert in the field of financial investment.

Vào chiều ngày 16 tháng 7 năm 2020 tại Cơ sở B, Trường ĐH Kinh tế TPHCM, Viện Nghiên cứu Nông nghiệp và Chính sách Sức khỏe (HAPRI) hân hạnh được chào đón ông Ivan Paulo và cô Phượng (Sandra) Vũ đến từ quĩ đầu tư KOI Capital trao đổi về cơ hội hợp tác về giáo dục giữa hai bên.

Trong cuộc họp, HAPRI và KOI trao đổi cởi mở về chuyên môn của nhau và mong muốn mở rộng hợp tác ra nhiều ngành hơn nữa ngoài giáo dục. Hai bên còn trao đổi về các vấn đề kinh tế xã hội nổi bật trong giai đoạn khủng hoảng COVID-19 hiện nay như đầu tư cho công nghệ y tế, công nghệ nông nghiệp.

Đặc biệt, trong các tháng tới, HAPRI sẽ giúp KOI tổ chức cuộc thi đầu tư tài chính cho sinh viên với nội dung về chuyển đổi số tại trường ĐH Kinh tế TPHCM. Sinh viên sẽ được dịp tham dự các workshop và buổi nói chuyện với các chuyên gia hàng đầu trong lĩnh vực này.
