Core skills development for agricultural labor in the context of digital transformation in Vietnam
Introduction
The project aims to assess the current state of core capabilities and skills of mango farmers engaged in export activities within the framework of farm management applying digital technology. The assessment results will be used to develop a plan and a feasible roadmap to enhance traceability and improve food safety in the mango export value chain in Dong Thap and Son La, Vietnam.

Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research (ACIAR)
ACIAR is the Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research. It is a key component of the Australian Government’s Development Assistance Program, aimed at aiding developing countries in poverty reduction and sustainable development. Established in 1982, ACIAR supports collaborative agricultural research between Australian and international institutes to address agricultural challenges in developing nations. With the mission to enhance agricultural productivity and sustainability, ACIAR has been active in Vietnam since 1993, implementing 243 projects over 29 years.
